At Spirit of Health we encourage eating seasonally and simplistically. This will optimize your digestion by choosing fresh foods that are ripe and in season and planning meals that follow the basics of food combining. Fruit is always best consumed alone. Vegetables can pair with either proteins or carbohydrates but not both in the same meal. Main courses may be raw or cooked depending on the season. In the warm months, we tend toward mostly raw and in the colder months we do a combination of both raw and cooked foods. Learn more about food combining and meal planning by signing up for our Free Eating by Design Program or our Free Children’s Health Guide.

All of our recipes are wheat-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free & refined-sugar free.
