Trail Mix
If you have ever been to a Spirit of Health event, chances are you've had our trail mix. We love this healthy snack because it's easy to make, it travels well, and it's full of nutrients. Here's our basic trail mix recipe but you can add or remove ingredients based on your personal preferences.
TIME: 5 MIN | YEILD: 2 1/2 CUPS
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup ribbon coconut flakes
1/4 cup goji berries
1/4 cup mulberries
1/4 cup cacao nibs
Other ingredients we love to add are sunflower seeds, golden berries, or stevia sweetened chocolate chips.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and serve.
