These five superfood smoothies are filled with fruits, vegetables, and herbs to give your kids a delicious nutrient-packed meal or snack.
BEET & BERRIES
TIME: | Yield: 32OZ
Ingredients:
- 1 apple, cored (red or green)
- 2 celery stalks
- 1/2 cucumber (peeled if desired)
- 1 cup frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, and/or strawberries)
- 1/4 small avocado (optional)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon Beet Crystals
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Mighty Maca-Shake
TIME: | Yield: 16oz
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 scoop of plant protein (Vanilla or Chocolate Veggie Fusion by Mother Earth Labs)
- 3/4 cup vanilla nut milk
- 1 cup ice
- 1 tablespoon maca powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or 1-2 Medjool dates
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger powder (optional)
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Tropical Delight

Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Aloe Life Daily Greens
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup coconut water or filtered water
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
GREEN MONKEY

Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 3 romaine lettuce leaves (chard works also)
- 3/4 cup coconut water or filtered water
- 1 teaspoon chlorella powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 medjool date
Instructions:

- 1 cup fresh or frozen cherries
