This Morning Energizing Water combines five power ingredients to hydrate, nourish, restore, and get your body ready to start the day.

Morning Energizing Water
INGREDIENTS
- 12 ounces purified warm water
- 1 teaspoon Sole water or 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 10 drops Dr. Christopher Hot Cayenne
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- Raw honey * (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a glass, stir, and enjoy.
- Fill a glass mason jar 1/4 of the way full with good quality Himalayan salt stones and then fill the rest of the jar with purified water. Stir, cover, and let sit 24 hours. Put 1/2 teaspoon of Sole water in warm water and drink every morning, or more often as desired.
