Hibiscus Limeade
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups water
1/4 cup hibiscus leaves, dried
4-5 fresh mint leaves (or dried peppermint leaves)
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup raw honey
10-20 drops liquid stevia
INSTRUCTIONS:
Boil four cups of water in a saucepan. Remove the water from heat and add the hibiscus and mint leaves.
Allow the tea to steep for 10-15 minutes.
Strain the tea and mix in the honey until completely dissolved.
Juice fresh limes until 1/4 cup of liquid is extracted and add it to the tea mixture.
Sweeten with stevia to taste, 10-20 drops.
Cool tea and add ice. Enjoy!
