Nourishing Eggnog
TIME: 10 MIN | YIELD: 6 CUPS
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups store-bought or homemade coconut milk
8 egg yolks (ONLY farm fresh)
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 teaspoons nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine everything in a blender at a low speed.
Serve cold or warm by heating it in a saucepan on the stovetop with low heat. Top with a dollop of Coconut Whipped Cream and freshly grated nutmeg!
