Nourishing Eggnog

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 cups store-bought or homemade coconut milk

  • 8 egg yolks (ONLY farm fresh)

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 2 teaspoons nutmeg

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine everything in a blender at a low speed.

  2. Serve cold or warm by heating it in a saucepan on the stovetop with low heat. Top with a dollop of Coconut Whipped Cream and freshly grated nutmeg!
