What To Do About EMF Radiation?
Many people have heard of EMFs but are wondering what they are? And more importantly, are they safe? EMF (Electromagnetic Frequencies) are made from both magnetic and electric fields. EMFs are typically classified into two categories: natural and artificial.
Natural EMF sources include thunderstorms, ocean waves, the earth’s magnetism between the moon and sun, and other natural frequencies God created to keep our bodies working optimally. We need EMFs to live and even to heal! However, artificial EMFs (better known as “Electromagnetic Radiation”) are a toxic hidden danger occurring worldwide.
Humans are electromagnetic beings. Think about how the human heart can be restarted using an electric shock. The human body is an antenna, constantly conducting energy and frequencies. It interacts with different frequencies at all times. God designed our bodies to connect with the healing frequencies designed on this earth. New technologies have disrupted these frequencies causing disturbances in the frequencies of our cells and bodies. Every cell in our body is electrically charged and communicates through electromagnetic frequencies. When a more substantial electromagnetic frequency disrupts that communication, cells can’t repair themselves or send signals to perform necessary tasks for daily cellular function. This damages cell tissues and DNA, thus producing a toxic environment in our cells.

WHAT TO DO ABOUT EMF RADIATION?
Don’t worry! There are plenty of ways we can clean up the toxic EMF radiation in our environments. Here are a few steps to take to mitigate EMF pollution in your life:
1.) REMOVE EMFS
The first thing you can do is start by removing the offending objects. Technology has brought many amazing advances but is, unfortunately, causing great harm when used in excess.
Have your Smart-Meter removed.
Replace wireless devices with wired versions: Many Bluetooth devices can be replaced with the original wired versions. For example, use a wired mouse and keyboard instead of Bluetooth models. Use wired headphones and speaker systems instead of Bluetooth ones. Remember the days of computers with a wired connection? They can still be used and benefit your health! Hardwiring your internet connection and using an Ethernet cable can exponentially help decrease EMF radiation in your home.
2.) IF YOU CAN’T REMOVE THEM, POWER THEM DOWN
We understand that it’s hard not to have technology in a tech-driven world... There are still plenty of ways to use technology in a safer and more balanced way. A few steps that greatly decrease EMF pollution in your environment are:
Turn off Wi-Fi at night: You can purchase a timer that connects to your router and turns it off and on at scheduled times each day.
Turn off your cell phone: You don’t need to use it while you’re sleeping, so what a perfect time to turn it off! Try other ways of lowering EMFs from cell phones by leaving it in the car at outings, finding ways to decrease app use such as writing to-dos and notes with pen and paper, using cash or card instead of apple pay, and playing music with an mp3 player or cd.
Use Airplane Mode: If you need to have your cell phone on you, place it on airplane mode as that turns off the signal from cell towers and Wi-Fi.
Unplug electronics when not using them: Dirty electricity is created when electronics are plugged into outlets, even when they are not turned on. If you don’t use something often, unplug it until you need to use it.
3.) DISTANCE YOURSELF FROM EMFS
EMF radiation is significantly reduced by distance. Studies show that furthering yourself by only 10 inches reduces EMFs by 67.5%. When it comes to EMF protection, every inch makes a difference.
Keep your alarm clock away from your bed: Believe it or not, even your alarm clock emits EMFs. Having it right by your head at night can cause disturbances to your sleep and other concerns.
Keep your phone off your body: Along with the alarm clock, keeping your phone on the other side of the room while plugged in can help protect you from EMFs while not using it. Also, keep it in the glove compartment or back of the car while driving.
Use speakerphone while making phone calls: Even just a few inches will help protect your brain from radiation.
Don’t sleep next to an outlet: Take a look at the outlets in your bedroom. Make sure you are not sleeping with your head near an outlet, especially if anything is plugged into the outlet.
4.) GROUNDING
Grounding, also known as “earthing,” is a helpful and easy way to detox EMF exposure from your body. All you need to do is put your bare feet outside on the ground and let your body soak in all the Earth’s healing negative electrons.
