Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

This recipe came out of a season of juicing fresh fruits and veggies. I had extra carrot juice on hand and decided to try it out in a fun smoothie. The result was a glorious smoothie that tasted like pumpkin pie...minus the pumpkin!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup carrot juice

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 tablespoon Aloe Life Daily Greens powder

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 1 dash of nutmeg to taste (this is the key!)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
