No Sugar Chocolate Truffles

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 tablespoons coconut oil

  • 4 tablespoons hemp powder

  • 4 tablespoons finely ground flax meal

  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder

  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract

  • 8 droppers liquid stevia (or to your desired taste)

  • 1-2 tablespoons softened coconut butter to create a thicker consistency for using as frosting or for thicker truffles (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Soften coconut oil and stir in remaining ingredients, adding stevia in last to taste.

  2. Once mixture is blended well, fill a rubber ice tray with the chocolate sauce.

  3. Freeze for 10 to 15 minutes and pop out truffles to serve.
