In November of 2018 we launched our new website, and during that time we updated all of our recipes. A lot of our recipes have changed over the years and we decided to keep only the best on our new site. You can access all of the current recipes at spiritofhealthkc.com/recipes and we are actively working to update the Eating by Design guide and meal plans with those recipes. We’re sorry for the inconvenience but we hope you enjoy all of our new recipes.
